Retail Associate

Join us in this onsite role at our partnered Nordstrom store, where you’ll help customers look and feel their best through personalized fit consultations and expert style advice tailored to their needs. You'll support our customers through account creation and checkout, keep fitting rooms and stock areas neat and organized, and share store needs with the TBT Manager. You’re someone who takes ownership of goals, hits KPIs, and jumps in wherever needed. You describe yourself as kind, collaborative, and creative and take pride in your work to go the extra mile to create memorable customer experiences.
