Drive sales to ensure overall success of the store and build brand loyalty by providing omni channel Oasis experience to ever customer. Provide feedback to do more with less and create value for the brand. Support the store manager in finding the right talent. Make new networking connections to ensure the store has a wide talent pool and be committed to an exceptional onboarding experience that supports retention goals. Organize and plan in detail to get the job done and partner with store manager to supervise and conduct training with the team. Integrity is mandatory and follow all Windsor policy and procedures. Maintain the store in compliance with Windsor Visual Guidelines and make smart merchandising decisions. Deliver your best everyday by fostering a culture of respect, care, ownership, and personal commitment.

 

1-year Assistant Manager experience 
proven leadership experience and the ability to develop & motivate team of up to 25
quick thinker and ability to resolve issues with employees and customers 
effective communicator - both in group and one on one 
welcome feedback 
flexible and reliable schedule including opening and closing the store
